Liliane Laborde-Edozien is a director and writer based in Miami, Florida, with a strong background as a creative producer. She began her filmmaking career in documentary, directing and field producing projects across Africa and Latin America. Since then, she’s worked as a lead producer on global campaigns and narrative projects—collaborating with international crews across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America in English, French, and Spanish.
Her films have screened in major cities on four continents, and her photography has been exhibited in galleries in London. She often writes under the pseudonym Olayemi DeSangre.
Liliane brings a cinematic, emotionally resonant approach to every format—narrative, branded, and doc-style—and is drawn to stories that explore identity, transformation, and the connective tissue of the human experience. She’s currently in development on her narrative directorial debut while continuing to direct and produce select projects.
She holds a B.S. from UC Berkeley and an M.S. in Media Production from Imperial College London, where she graduated with distinction.
